		<description>You gave some reasons why cpu&#039;s are not applied. Here&#039;s another one: as a DBA I often have to get deep down on my knees to have a password on a new (by clients requested) account that is different than the username. Sometimes I win, sometimes I get overruled and I don&#039;t win. And bosses keep nagging about those critical patch updates. I tell them to get a few extra DBA&#039;s on a team of a handfull, have long meetings about patching, beg for downtime, comunicate with clients, beg for downtime again, patching during the nights, and we can all pretend it&#039;s perfectly safe then. Oh well, it would take at least 3 months to cover all databases, and then we can start over again.
